  The Federal Government has approved several major road projects and trailer park concessions across Nigeria, worth hundreds of billions of naira. The projects include: 1. Ekiti State: Reconstruction of the Ado-Ekiti–Iyin–Aramoko–Itawure–Osun border road — ₦159.83 billion. 2. Ogun State: Additional work on the Abeokuta–Iboro–Ilaro Road — ₦54.12 billion. 3. Rivers State: Reconstruction of 15km of the Port Harcourt–Eleme Junction–Onne Port Junction section of the East-West Road — ₦74.51 billion, expected to be completed in nine months. 4. Ekiti State: Phase II rehabilitation of the Ado-Ekiti–Afe Babalola University Road — ₦54.52 billion. 5. Ogun State: Construction of the Ilara–Iselu Road, Phases II–V — ₦94.24 billion, with a 24-month completion period. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has said Governor Ademola Adeleke of Accord Party won the recent Osun State governorship election because President Bola Tinubu allowed the poll to be free and fair. Wike made the declaration while speaking during an inspection tour of flood-affected areas in the Federal Capital Territory on Tuesday.   NDC presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Obi, was in Edo State tonight for the Service of Songs in honour of the late Most Rev. Augustine Obiora Akubeze. The crowd was so excited to see him. Many people gathered around, taking pictures and trying to get close to him. It even took Peter Obi some time to enter the venue because of the huge crowd. This man is really loved.

  I can never understand some of the people who continue to support APC. Let’s even put aside those who may have personal interests or have been appointed or nominated for different positions by the party. What I don’t understand are those who have gained absolutely nothing, yet they continue to defend and support APC while they themselves are suffering. You can clearly see the hardship, yet they are still supporting the party. Some of them even live abroad. What exactly are you gaining from supporting APC? And when you look at some of the people who have been given positions or empowered politically, there are allegations that some have unresolved cases with the EFCC. How did we get to this point? We are gradually normalizing things that should never be considered normal. What is going on in this country? This rascality and lack of accountability must stop.

  Last night in Abuja, Natasha reportedly showed up at an event where 2Face Idibia was performing in Abuja after allegedly not seeing him for a long time because he had been avoiding her. According to the account, 2Face had already told her months ago that he was no longer interested in the relationship. Natasha allegedly arrived at the venue with about 20 men and caused a scene, prompting 2Face’s manager to call the police for assistance. 2Face reportedly took Natasha aside and told her again that he wanted the relationship to end, but she allegedly refused to accept it and waited for him to leave with her. After the event, she reportedly tried to get 2Face into her car, but his manager and entourage intervened. His manager eventually drove him away, while Natasha remained outside shouting before eventually leaving. At this point, if the relationship is no longer working and one person wants out, it should simply be allowed to end peacefully.
