Two men arrested for attempted murder and robbery of singer Lil Kesh
Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the attack on Nigerian singer Lil Kesh at his Lagos residence. The suspects — Mathew Adewole, 25, and Mukhtar Muhammad, 31 — were picked up in Kano after intelligence tracking. According to police spokesperson SP Abdullahi Haruna, Adewole confessed to attacking the singer on August 19, inflicting a deep cut on his neck before forcing him to transfer ₦2.1 million to Mukhtar’s account. The men have since been transferred to the Lagos State Police Command for further investigation and prosecution.
