Couple weds after bride gave groom life-saving kidney three years ago

Chelsea Clair and Kyle Froelich of Brownsburg, Indiana got married in an outdoor ceremony, pictured left and right. They may have just recently exchange vows, but three years ago they exchanged something more important - an organ. Kyle had a disease that caused his kidneys to stop functioning and he was desperate for a donor, but struggled to find a match with his friends and family. In September 2009, he met 22-year-old Chelsea Clair at a car show and after one day, she offered to give Kyle one of her kidneys. After getting tested it turned out the two were a near perfect match, and six months later they both underwent a successful surgery. After the donation, the two started seeing each other romantically.

 Commitment: Kyle Froelich married Chelsea Clair in a ceremony earlier this month.
