The judge - who presided over Brown's 2009 Rihanna assault trial - has already ordered Brown to stay in prison until the trial on April 17, but he hasn't signed off on the transport to Washington yet.
Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos says Chris is more than willing to fly to D.C. under his own steam and is opposed to the order.
