For a guy who had his arm in a sling a week ago, Matt Damon was doing pretty well.

The 43-year-old former Bourne star - who is known for doing most of his own movie stunts - was packing some muscly brawn as he treated his seven-year-old daughter Isabella to a day at Rockreation Sport Climbing Center in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Matt looked like he got in a good workout too as he emerged from the popular gym sipping a canned beverage.
