Tamera Foster 'get in right frame of mind' after she forgot lines for third time
Tamera Foster, pictured during last week's X Factor, has been seeing a hypnotherapist to help her 'get in the right frame of mind'
The TV boss, who curbed his smoking addiction through hypnotherapy, is worried that his bid to make the 16-year-old a star will be ruined if the same happens this week.
Last week the talented singer fluffed the words to James Arthur's hit Impossible for the third time, but was saved by the voting public.
She confessed: 'Last week was really difficult. I've been seeing a hypnotherapist who has been giving me little exercises to do to get me in the right frame of mind to go on stage and give a good performance.

A source also told The Sun: 'As far as Simon is concerned Tamera is the star and she can have whatever special treatment she needs.'
Speaking on ITV1's Daybreak, she added: 'We do forget the fact that she’s only 16. I’ll say in her defence, she did come in two beats earlier so she had to stop and then jump back in again.'
Tamera previously commented: 'It felt amazing to get through last week. I couldn’t believe it because I thought I was going to be in the bottom two. I was grateful and I was so shocked.'
